The rules for using BayToDeal, for both buyers and sellers.
Last updated: August 2026BayToDeal is a reverse marketplace. Instead of browsing endless listings, a buyer posts a Request for Quotation (RFQ) describing what they want to buy. Verified sellers who match that request submit competing offers. The buyer compares the offers received and accepts one, an order is created from the accepted offer, and the order is tracked through to delivery. By creating an account or using BayToDeal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
BayToDeal reviews sellers before they're allowed to submit offers, and may show ratings or badges based on buyer feedback. Verification and ratings are provided to help buyers make informed decisions, but BayToDeal does not guarantee the accuracy of any seller's claims, the quality of goods sold, or the outcome of any transaction. Buyers are encouraged to review seller profiles, ratings, and offer details carefully before accepting.
When a buyer accepts an offer, an order is created between the buyer and the seller. Payment handling, order tracking, and delivery confirmation are being built out as BayToDeal develops; specific payment terms, accepted payment methods, and cancellation windows will be published here once that functionality is live. Until then, any payment arrangement made between a buyer and seller is between those parties.
In addition to the rules above, you agree not to:
BayToDeal provides the platform that connects buyers and sellers, but is not a party to the underlying transaction between them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BayToDeal is not liable for the conduct of any buyer or seller, the quality or safety of goods exchanged, or any loss arising from a transaction made through the platform.
Buyers and sellers are expected to first attempt to resolve disagreements about an order directly and in good faith. BayToDeal may, at its discretion, review a dispute and take action such as removing content or suspending an account, but does not act as a formal arbitrator or guarantee a specific outcome. A more detailed dispute process will be published here as order handling is built out.
BayToDeal may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent or abusive behaviour. You may stop using BayToDeal and request account deletion at any time.
These Terms may be updated as BayToDeal's features evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continuing to use BayToDeal after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact Us page.
